      it eliminated buzz/hum from the pump touching the tank but vibration is still traveling up the vinyl tube and making a quiet low hum (nano cube so its all connected). I spun the impellers in my fingers and they are very obviously out of balance and had some shaft play. So it is not gonna get any better... but if the impeller was balanced it'd probably be silent.

      put some petroleum jelly or Vaseline it will definitely quiet down.
