Hello there! I just moved to San Diego from Florida last month. I found the forum while trying to solve a fish question and after about a week of scanning the site, I've finally decided to try to participate and make local friends I've kept tanks for about 10 years but I've never done anything super complex so I am by no means an expert, haha. I still make a lot of rookie mistakes! And I have a few questions I could use some help with

I'll make a tank thread as soon as I figure out how to put pictures in... it keeps asking for a URL - I can't just upload them from my computer?

Welcome aboard! There is a good group of people here that will be happy to answer your questions. There is also a pretty good amount of info already on here to read and study. Can't wait to see the tank thread once you have it up. Info for posting photos can be found here: http://www.sdreefs.com/forums/showth...to-post-photos I upload to photobucket and use the app as you can copy and paste the IMG link right out of it.

Should I start a new thread for each question? I've been combing through threads but I'm worried I'm going to post a question and there were be an extremely relevant thread already in existence, in a different section of the archives I havent been to yet :/

You can post them here, your build thread or start a general thread with all your questions to help keep it a bit more organized. Your build thread is a good place though.
