      My SCA 120g

Finally set up my tank this weekend after a way too long break.
This is my new SCA 120g.
The cabinet is what I originally built for my 150g that was sold when I moved, I got to keep it and so I cut it down to fit a 4' tank footprint.
This is what I have right now.
Water is still a little cloudy, and I think I need to tweak the island on the right a bit, but so far not bad I think.

I'm keeping this tank fairly easy, mixed reef, easy sps.
When it has become settled I will look into getting a nice Ritteri/magnifica and a nice pair of clowns.
I wouldn't mind finding some of the corals I sold off when I got rid of my 150g if there are frags to be found.
I'll start off as I usually do, frogspawn, hammer.

Lemme know when you are ready for a hammer frag, I'll bring one over as a tank warming present. Tank is looking great!

Looks great, Dave. I'm hoping to get a tank up again, too. Is that your old rock that had all those blue clove polys? I know we talked about acid bath. I'm still too scared to do it to my rock.

Dude, I live in Vista now off mar Vista and 78, it's way better than that other place that turned out to have such sketchy neighbors.
Yes, I remember that move in and your help that day has been mentioned many times!
This place is way more mellow, even comes w/ a cool koi pond!
Finally feel like home w/ my tank running again, it's been way too long.

Hey Brian, hope all is well man.
I sold everything from the 150g including rock.
My rock I have now actually came from Danny/Jada, nice pieces, and they have been cooking for a while now, pest free!
So many people have been doing the acid bath it seems a fairly common thing now, see it all the time on RC, it's afe as long as you just do it right, and so much better than chasing the issues that come w/ dirty or infested rock.
Some people like those blue cloves, buyer of my old tank did, but I'll never have them ever again, I won't even buy a frag from anyone that keeps them!
Let me know if you need any help on that new tank or stand, and I have links to the acid bath saved if you need.

Thanks Danny, I'm working on lighting on that canopy right now, hard to get a shot of canopy clear and tank at same time.
      Tank is clearing up.

Well, I would take that over cloves, but I'll respectfully pass at this time...
