I'll be cleaning up all the items after the 29th... and updating the original post as I find items I've not listed. For example, I found a bunch of filter socks and threw out the frozen food so I could clean the fridge/freezer.

And, it's all cleaned up. All spare parts tested and working.
It's on craigs list with all listed, and the more I list the more I realize all I have.
... TONS of stuff!!!

Tanks and sump sit with fresh water in them now, to show no leaks... and that return pumps, lights, etc all work.

It'll take an hour tops to drain it, and break it down. Load it up, and take'er away.
... I can offer delivery too if it helps (for a small fee), up to 100 miles.
