So should I go ahead and send out the league invites once we have 10? Or do we want to randomized the teams? I can be commish for both leagues if needed as well...don't mind paying for two leagues...

Draft is randomized like every year...think you find out when you login right before the draft...it will be a snake draft.
OR do ppl want to do a LIVE lottery to see which pick you get BEFORE the draft?!

Also payout since no one's speaking up let's go with 1-2-3 format like we have in the past.

To motivate everyone to play till the end I think we should make last place buy everyone a lol

No, Last Place does not get any sprinkles. There can't be a reward. It gives incentive to let your team go, not replace bye week players, leave injured players in, etc.

Might have someone who is in competition for first to lose to someone who is playing against a team that suddenly realizes they are in last and then remember last place is rewarded.

It's now one week from deadline for money due...we have one more spot if we want to just run 1 team or else we need to find another 8 more players for 2, 10 team leagues. I can participate in the other league as well as Mike (yolo).

So if you know someone that's still wants to play text them call them go knock on their door and find them...hahaha

Let's finalize all the details this week so that should give everyone about 2 weeks to prep.

1st thing on the agenda is do we want to have yahoo randomized our draft order OR we pick our draft order by random. I can setup a live feed to do this if needed...

We were trying to keep the teams down to 10 so needed two sets of ten (20 people) but only 11 paid out so far so it looks like its best to lock it down to 12 and set the league. If someone else wants to get a league going I am sure some people might get into two leagues.

But the date needs to be set for scheduling.

Well with 10 there is a better team yes and more teams get into the playoffs. Think you can set it for 6. Guess its just better selection. That should be a good enough reason alone!
