Well I can believe im typing this right now
my dream tank , doesn't fit my home

Staring at my hardwood floors they are stressed.
I have reached my limit with weight im sure of it & Im not done fully automating system
      "this sucks so much"

Custom show tank excellent condition "1 scratch pictured"
Can downgrade sump to 30 gallon to fit underneath for next owner.

I know Ive invested over 10k in this project alone & am in no way crazy enough to ask it.
I will entertain serious offers for this entire setup over next month , till D-day .

have no problem including delivery installation & future maintenance anywhere in San Diego.

      Sorry to hear this bud.
I agree with dazzler619, that's what a "crawl" space is for.
Your tank is probably too close to the floor vent in your picture which might be why there isn't as much support in that area.
      Good luck.

The doors and corners are clean as hell. Looks like a really nice stand

      thanks buddy

was under there today , Im sure this can be resolved no problem

now after being under there, comfortable after seeing the large cross beams plus first layer of base floor solid as crap
"my old hardwood floors just need to be replaced period."

still up in the air @ this point
I have some offers but want this tank to stay if at all possible.
please don't be dumb like me folks , take your time and plan right.

how much you got in ya got in your pocket?
not sure 1 offer has come close to my bare minimum & its depressing 1/4 of what I spent

may end up throwing a bunch of money into flooring, have a expert out later this week.
