      Caribbean tang help?

Hey all I have a Caribbean tang that has some spoting on his sides and is kinda twitchy and flashing. Parasite? He's in qt with cupramine (levels are a little low) added some to raise it. I have parashield can I add that to my qt as well? He's eating fine and I'm soaking food in garlicguard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do not mix medicine. How long has he been in there and if your levels drop below the therapeutic requirements it is not going to work.

I freshwater dipped him. Added a UV sterilizer and adjusted copper. I think he might have velvet? His head looked fuzzy while dipping dark spots could be bruising from flashing.
