here's my overflow box. I built it to fit under the center brace. It sticks out just enough for the u tubes to still fit. It measure 6.5" tall 22" long and 3.5" deep. The back box is 23" long by 8" tall and 4" deep.

My acrylic work is still a work in progress. (hardest part is I hate sanding) as well as not dripping the weld on.

So I finished the plumbing today. And filled up the sump and fuge. Put black sand in the fuge. And placed 4 karolia 1500's on a wave box (forgot name). I also attached the doors and moved some coral and clowns (mocha, Darwin misbar) Sunday im going to be moving the rest of the inhabitants in (tangs: Black spot, blue, purple, Atlantic. Foxface, falco hawk, starry blenny). Pictures to follow.

Looks great! Love the rock scape. Your refugium stand scares me a little though.

The boards were pre-warped. I'm gonna redo it but i don't have the supplies at the moment. I did shim And level the plywood making sure it was perfectly flat for the fuge. Might head to my local hardware store tomorrow.

"Cupping" is one of the reasons I hate using anything other than 2x4s to build. 2x6s and larger wood stays wet longer causing this when it dries out. Everything looks good though. Quick progress too. If it were me, I'd place that fuge on some cinder blocks and call it done.
