Hi everyone, i have a very small maxima clam, about 1.5". My water parameter are alk: 8.2dkh, ca: 450, po4: 0-0.03. I feed fishes once a day. My question is: do i need to feed a small clam everyday with phytofeast, or feed it 2 or 3 times a week. Thank you for your input.

Clams larger than 2” do not require supplemental feedings, but smaller T. maxima that are less than 2” should be fed a phytoplankton or greenwater supplement several times per week if maintained in a nutrient poor reef aquarium.

Strong lighting is a plus also what lighting are you running?
