The torch will win. The rbta will just move away. But if its a new nem in your tank it may shrivel up and die. The torch cant move.

try placing anem on its own rock so it cant walk across the rock, they tend to avoid free floating or gravel most of the time as they like to be anchored. I have about 12 in my 300 and it was the only way to keep them from mowing down the other corals.

The rbta is a new member in my tank. It has its own island (rock) surround by sand. But a second day, it cross the sand and anchor to another rock formation. I moved the torch further away already.
