use a butter knife if you can and get under an edge of the anem, you can usually work them off without damaging them, sometimes taking them out of water and holding them upside down helps too, or both till you can catch the edge of the foot and remove it. The bottom side of the foot looks kind of tacky(not smooth like the rest of the foot) if you are doing it right, might be late this time but future reference. Let me know how they do if you can or post to your thread in a week.
Think I determined the problem, mixture of too high light, too high phospates, and not enough flow. Added another hob to add more flow and phosphate removal media, and raising the light higher. A couple nems have been moving all over the place, not sure if it is flow or what. They have more color, but still have not opened up much.
