220 Gallon Reef tank plus all equiptment : Must sell SOON!

I have 220 Gallon glass reef tank on a pine stand with all equipment to run it. Just add sand, live rock, and salt water, fish and corals and you've got a reef!
I'm currently asking $1500 cash or best offer. I need to get it out of the garage so my wife can park her car there. I bought the tank and stand used. The rest of the equipment was bought new and used for about 5 months. My cost for the whole system was about $5000. That's a net savings of $3500. An awesome deal!

Included is the tank setup and a 20 gallon quarantine tank.

      The whole setup includes :

Here is the list. Basically the equipment was new, then used for 5 months, then the tank and system dismantled.

      The following is available:

220 gallon glass tank with pine stand.
40 gallon sump with room for Skimmer and two filter bags.
DC 10000 II Waveline sump pump.

      25 W Aqua UV Sterilizer.
      ATI PowerCone 250I Skimmer.

2 36 inch Fluorescent lights with Actinic Blue bulbs Plus regular bulbs.
2 48 inch Current USA programmable LED Light strips suitable for a saltwater reef.

2 Fluval 406 canister filters suitable for carbon, phosphate removal, or as a general purpose filter.

1 Vortech MP40 programmable circulation pump.
2 Voyager Circulation pumps + wavesurfer controller.

2 CPR CS150 Continuous Siphon Overflow boxes for returning water to the sump + Aqua Lifter pumps to keep the siphon going.

1 HydroFill Automatic Top off system to automatically keep the sump at a specified level.
1 Aqueon 300 Watt heater to place in the sump if needed.

1 Avast Marine Mutiny III Ozone reactor.
1 Avast Marine MR16 Media Reactor.

To get this running you will need to buy an ozone generator with an ORP controller to control the amount of Ozone being generated. Most of these units include an ORP probe that you put in the tank so that you can see the ORP level on the display.

      20 Gallon Quarantine tank contains:
      Includes:
2 filters that hang on the back with carbon and biowheels, etc
1 protien skimmer that fits in the tank.
2 sets of 24 inch LED lights, one a Current USA programmable model with a remote control.
      An in tank heater.

All the equipment works, some minor cleaning may be needed. And there are a few extras I'll throw in for free once I find them.
I have manuals for most of the equipment.

If you want to see the system, or want a picture of when the system was up and running, or a picture of any of the equipment call Francis at 619-602-1569 and we can arrange that. Send an email if interested to fbockman@gmail.com

Send email to fbockman@gmail.com and I can send you a picture of the reef when it was set up and running, answer any
questions or let me know what equipment you want if I part it out.

Also send me an offer of what price you would be willing to pay if lower than $1500. In addition, pass a reference to this posting
to anyone who might be interested. If you do, and they buy it, I'll give you $50 as a finder's fee.
I am a motivated seller and I need to sell ASAP!

      Thanks,
      Francis
