      Exclamation low budget nudibranch wanted

I was debating getting a file fish but I've seen the issue it can be catching them so nudi are the best route imo to rid the aiptasia I have. If anyone has some they want to get rid of trade/sale let me

I had an aiptasia tank. It was so bad I wanted to nuke the tank and start over. the crew of peppermint shrimp made quick work of the pest. They wont eat the biguns but will keep any new outbreaks in check.

I had peppermint didn't touch em but killed 2 fungia plates by stealing food from mouth til irritation and receding started, even though id feed them on other side of tank. tried nudis under a week GONE! 4 destroyed a pretty noticeable amount. Only issue my yellow coris might have a taste for them if he sees a small creature crawling around. Haven't had any in tank yet with him.

Aiptaisa X. Is probably your only option. It took a crew of 4 peppermint shrimp to get mine in check. That was in a 34 gallon. They left my coral alone and unfortunately once the aiptasia were gone 2 died off. I had some luck with nudi's but they didn't live very long in my tank. I dont know if this make any difference but the peppermint shrimp I bought at Encinitas tropical fish killed any new aiptaisia better than the ones I bought at other LFS.

I agree with Mason on zapping the big ones with ApX then adding some shrimp to keep the rest inline. Peppermint shrimp can be great but they don't always have a taste for apps so I'd buy a couple from different spots so they may come from different "stock".

Berghia nudibranchs are awesome too and they do a great job if you add enough of them and have lots of apps for them to grub on and then repopulate. But if you have a wrasse in there it could be an expensive trial... and shrimp will probably go after the nudis as well fyi

Since my coris recently jumped the nudibranch will have a better survival rate looking for BERGHIA NUDIBRANCH aiptasia eaters.
Let me know what you got and how many trade or buy pm me or text thanks
