A while back we had some discussion about who uses the hose at the Scripp's Pier. Well today I ran into a guy who was obviously grabbing a (hose) water sample for analysis.
Normally I would like to spin a long fable about this encounter, but actually I did find out that there is some useful water quality data available on the web, which I found here:
