Is it too late for feedback? Jebao should provide some spare parts especially the rubber o ring things that clamps between the pump and holder. They are easily lost and without them the pump is just sagging in its holder clamp. Eric in Hong Kong was not able to offer parts either except for my RW 15 after he stripped one of his own pumps.

Actually warranty their products. Until they do that I don't see why anyone would purchase their products.

I love their wave makers. It's a quarter of the price compared to anything else. Screw the warrantee. At the price, if it doesn't last as long I can always buy new. Mp is completely overpriced in my opinion. Except that it syncs up with the radions and other products which are also over priced. If you aren't rich, Jabeo is a good buy.

OK, so I am officially done with JABEO. I bought two RW-15 maybe 6 months ago and both of them just froze up and stopped working. It happened 7 days apart from each other. I began having issues with the controller with the buttons not properly working and the dial sometimes not working. These powerheads are VERY cheap for a reason. There is no warranty or customer service. Im back on board with the MP.
