      Jebao products feedback

So the person I get my Jebao pumps from is making a trip to China next week She will be meeting with the Jebao management. This is an opportunity for us to give them feedback. What are your complaints, new ideas, problems with pumps ect. What would you like to see them offer now and in the future.

(all I have is the WP-10s w/twin controller)

Biggest complaint is that the WP-10 twin controller defaults to H mode when coming back on after a power cycle.

Seen several folks with WP-40 motors die within a year, with no manufacturer support.
But to be honest, I care more about the price than I do about a warranty.

A timer built in to their powerhead controllers would be nice. I turn the pumps down for an hour after feeding for my mandarin and the feed lock is only ten minutes.

Scheduled wave modes would be awesome, or some sort of sequencing - ie W1 - else - W1, etc.

These are all little nitpicks and expected in a budget product, so IMO #1 priority is maintaining the price point.

No prob with my rw 15 here except a minor noise when it ramps up n down
Mine does default back also after power trip maybe a save feature only if it doesnt affect cost greatly also if somehow it could be turned down even more lol right?
other than that I'm extremely impressed with them

i have the wp25 and a wp40 and the only speed settings (s1, s2, s3) is only available in W1 mode. it would be nice to be able to use the different speeds with the other modes

Love their products at the price. Like ACBaldwin says, a few little changes to the interface and customizability would be fantastic, but no real complaints at the price they sell.

I have 2 wp 25s and their dosing pump. Everything works great for me. The WPs are going on 11 months and still strong, but I have read complaints about the lifespan. I will be getting some new 40s this year to replace them and check out the newer controller.

I agree - if you didn't know, the twin controllers have many more options compared to the single controllers ~10 power levels available on all ~7 modes except 'else'. That was the biggest reason I went with the twin.

Oh, one more feedback item from me - I'd like to set an upper limit for 'else' - meaning when in else mode, never go over 7/10 power, for example.

pretty happy with the reliability and the price on my 25's but a few more options would be great like:i have the wp25 and a wp40 and the only speed settings (s1, s2, s3) is only available in W1 mode. it would be nice to be able to use the different speeds with the other modes and an easy feed mode otion

RW-15 working fine for me..... I'd like to see a longer cord from the actual powerhead to the module, Ive got mine stretched out.

+1 on the longer cord between powerhead and module. I wouldn't think a few extra feet would move the price point much.

OR, maybe if they simply offered an extension cord with male and female connectors?? The current cord is long enough to always keep the connector out of the water.
