      What kind of worm?

I was looking at my tank earlier I found this is it good bad? As I tried pulling it out, I accidentally cut it in half. The color of the worm is red and white needle like on the side

That's a bristle worm, they're beneficial detrivores. But don't touch them, bristles can irritate your skin. Fire worms are similar but bad, look those up so you can ID them.

Agreed that it's a Bristle Worm. They're not bad unless you allow the population to get out of control. Prevent that my not over feeding, Bristle Worms are scavengers and can only survive based on how much left overs there are.
