Can multiple types of shrimp go in a tank with eachother?

Hey guys, I just started a 110 gallon reef tank and I've got a few damsels in it and we will be and sing Inverts soon. My dad and I are very interested in getting shrimps. Would I be able to get multiple shrimp of one species or could I not met different species together? Thanks for your help

Most shrimp should be ok in small groups, I would be careful with pistol shrimp though. If they are fighting over space they will probably kill each other. Cleaner shrimp, peppermints and sexy shrimp, which are your standards, are kept in multiples all the time.

Fire shrimps are nice editions. I would stay away from coral banded shrimp. When they get big enough coral banded shrimp can kill small fish.
