Read read read..and read before you stock anything else in that tank..research all the animals you put in there for the sake of the animals and yours..there's a lot of great info online..welcome to sdreefs..go slow...what are you putting in that fluval canister filter? That thing will be a detritus trap got to make sure you clean it..and the flow from it is not enough you need more circulation..
      My build in progress
125gallon Leemar rimless 48x30x20 starphire, 48 Ati Hybrid, Ghl /Apex dos, powered by an Apex, ecotech, tunze for flow,

As jada1 kinda touched on, I'd loose the fluval for now. Those are good to have around if you need to run carbon (or the like to help clear up an issue) but can be more of a headache then they're worth for regular maintenance.

Are the tank parameters leveling out? If the tank is stable I'd add some peppermint shrimp asap for the aiptasia (don't buy them all at one place either- some will devour apps and others wont touch it so it might help if they are from dif spots) they will help with cleaning down the road too. Also I've got blue leg hermits crabs right now, if you stop by for some I'll toss ya some kenya and palys. I'd add some more snails too, maybe down the road.

As others have mentioned read up on everything and get rid of those apps! The biggest thing that I think most are in agreement with is take your time! Your new tank is probably on the forefront of your mind and it will need plenty of attention as time goes on and you learn about having your own personal ecosystem in your house. Just make sure you add things slowly to let the system compensate. And although it happens to a lot of people, try and refrain from going to the lfs and buying things compulsively.

Mostly...Welcome to the hobby and the forum!!! This is a great resource and an awesome community here, enjoy!

I would just stay away from them all together. There are so many other corals that are good for the beginner that are not completely invasive. I have been fighting a Xenia and Kenya tree outbreak for about four years now. They are like the Herpes, you cant get rid of it and it just keeps coming back.

I have some green nuclear palys that will bring out some color in your tank. they look awesome under blue leds. I have them listed in the livestock forum.
