      bourneman Anem

I found this anem online for sale and have ordered one. Curios if anyone has ever kept them and if they sting rose bulbs or have a powerful sting? Vendor said they are not strong stingers but they are selling them so I am hoping for unbiased knowledge from a fellow reefer?? It seems like a curly-que type of anem but really colorful and I guess they will not host clowns. I will post a pic once in my tank next week. The neon green center looks like it may glow under leds and tentacles are brown-tan with purple tips. The pic is from fishnreef where I ordered it from. Seller claims to sell only captive bred fish n corals making this a good choice for my tank and the ocean.
They grow to 3-5 inches and clone from what I have read so far and like to be fed. I will post a follow-up for others once I have it and it is acclimated-Edward

Pretty easy to care for. They appreciate being fed and will split when doing so. Similar requirements as a Bubble Tip Anemone. Nice find!

?? not sure what but think they have more of a base or foot than most rock anems that tend to be flat against the rocks. Ask me next week and I will have a better idea of its characteristics and its color.

arrived today with some other pieces, here it is, still acclimating but pretty cool, tentacles resemble octopus arms, but are gray to purple or blue with a neon center. best camera phone pic I could grab

      roughly 3-4 inches so far

it moved around, seems to like less light than bulbs, edge of a cave but seems acclimated. It is open most of the time now and feeding, picture as of today.

very cool addition at $70 plus shipping

this different anem is still one of my favorites and has moved and adjusted well to the leds, current pic as of today after growth and full acclimation. for 75 bucks these are really a cool anem, only thing is they do not host any of my clowns or anem crabs. If you see one at the show it may be worth grabbing this weekend, I have not seen them in any stores out here and ordered one online
