      Aquatic Warehouse Feedback

      Hello SDR,

      We are always looking to improve our store and selection. Please use this thread to post any feedback, pictures of recently purchased livestock, or anything else!

      We are not just a saltwater store, we strive to carry the best selection of freshwater fish, plants and pond products. If anyone here has ever purchased our freshwater fish please feel free to add pictures or comment as well!

      i've always had great help whenever i've come in
      to buy things. last week, i went in and proceeded to
      misID every coral i pointed at in the display and
      your guy didn't even laugh at me. ha!

      me: i'd like to buy that mushroom coral.

      him: that's actually not a mushroom coral.

      me: i'd like to buy those zoas.

      him: those aren't zoas.

      ha!

      I went in with my wife on Saturday to pick up a blenny and some bulkhead adapters. This older woman was in the saltwater section telling the world's longest story about her fish (Well I have a tang, his name is Blammo and he likes to sleep a lot but generally gets along with everyone, then there's Stevie the crab, he really likes to eat shrimp and blah blah blah) - anyways, this went on for some time and the AW guy helping her didn't smirk a single time. I thought it was the funniest thing I've seen all day and have to commend the guy for his patience.

      Went in there Saturday to get some FW stuff and had several guys trying to assist, nice to see what seems to me as a step up in customer service.
      Clean tanks and fully stocked w/ lots of nice stuff!

      I agree, the service is quite a bit better compared to when I got out 3-4 years ago.

      Well, as long as you're asking... I'm a native Californian transplanted to Arizona. I go to San Diego a few times a year and one of the places I like to visit is your store right before I head back home. One of the things that irks me is when I spot a coral or several on your "grow out" or "waiting to frag shelf" that I want to take home but I'm told that it's not for sale yet. If it's not going to be for sale, then how about placing them somewhere less conspicuous so as to not tease the customer. I'm headed out there this weekend and hope that you'll take my money without any hassle.

      Also, every time I go in there, your staff is very eager to answer questions and assist with any sales. You must have an excellent benefits package to keep these guys as motivated as they are.

      I go in almost every week. I love the cleanliness of the tanks and all the help. I usually come in having an idea of what I want and I always get pointed in the right direction. You guys get 99% of my reef tank business.
