Scrips water source is close today for maintenance
Yeah I hope it's ok cuz I just grabbed a bunch of water the fest day it rained
Does anyone know if it is open now?
It is open. I was there at 12pm.
Looks like the ball valve will need replacement since water is dripping out (more like a slow stream of water).

Wanted to get everybody's take on scripps salt water is it safe to use ? currently purchase my salt water from AquaSd is there a big difference from getting the free water from scripps or purchasing the salt your self and mixing it or purchasing the premixed water at the lfs ..
Thanks for your input in advance...
Many people on the site use it. There is a whole thread about it.
I use it and am pretty happy with it.

AquaSD used to use and sell Scripps water a while back - not sure if they still do. I've been using scripps for years with no problems. It's safer to mix your own, and since you're in Otay it will probably be cheaper for you to mix your own too. It will cost you 3 gallons of gas plus your time to get to scripps - unless you work in the area
Just a heads up, this thread will be merged into the existing Scripps water thread as we don't need multiple threads about it Will be moved in the morning when I am at a computer.

Let me know if you need water. PM sent
Have you guys seen the scripts tanks? I am not blaming the water, but their tanks are not up to par (visually speaking)!
