Scripps Water : Google Map, Quality, Transport

I was working in the area today so I stopped to get some water and found the large red ball valve closed and the hose bib capped tightly. Any info on why?

I was there early this morning and did not see that. Not sure why that was there now.

There was a red tide earlier this month, might be due to that.

Trid to get water today but the hose and outlet had orange tape covering them and "do not use" was written on it... hopefully its temporary

They close it down about once a month because of red tide, But they could possibly have shut it off for maintenance.

Aqua SD and Sdcorals both have Redsea coral pro for sale. it does have a much higher Alk than Nsw. so do smaller water changes if you have sensitive corals like some acros. . NSW is about 7, RCSP is about 13.
