So new plans for the tank is just to have a large fuge and only a fuge. The best tank I ever had only had a fuge and a giant ball of cheato. Never had and problems. Only going to keep softies and zoas hopefully. If I feel like it I might throw a clown blenny in the tank. So I won't have much of a bio load. I hate skimmers. I want this thing to be as quiet as can be. Any thoughts or tips?
I figure why bother painting the stand right now. Might as well wait until the lady decides what colors she wants in the house to paint it. Time to cycle! Day one begins. I'm going to probably pick up another chunk of live rock to seed the tank. Got my little fuge light. Now I just have to reposition my par38 over the tank.
Good job Raul
Thanks Marc!
Sweet setup, that turned out nice.

Thanks Steve.
Well tank is off and cycling now. Made a crude light hanger from some leftover pvc. Just until I can think of something better to make. Possibly something out of rebar. I wanna fill up my sump with some actual live rock to seed the tank. Truggin along.
Well it's still moving along and doing quite well. Tested my water yesterday and ammonia is down to zero and nitrites are beginning to fall with a slight bit of nitrates showing up. So I'm near the end of my cycle.
Raul
good work !
diggin it brotha
Thanks Josh!
Might as well update. Tank is still cycling. Going through a stupid long weird cycle. Hopefully it finishes soon.
Finally done cycling! Got a good deal on a baby frogspawn and what looks like an utter chaos morph from reefers garage. Happy to have coral again. :-)
Looks good, come by and get some algae for that fuge.
Add a new fuge light cause the last busted. Tank is doing great. Finally added a few snails and 3 hermits. Also added an ato with an aqualifter which is the best purchase ever for a nano.
Overkill?? Ya i know. I love it! Thanks again for the light Hector!
