Steel frame for a tank stand

      -- FREE --

So, I had this idea of building a 90-100 gallon tank plus a sturdy custom stand. Had the stand frame designed, bought materials (1.5" square steel tubing) and welded by my girl's dad, who has been a welder for 25 years. I had grandiose plans to powder coat it, wrap it in wood, build a tank and go to town..... And then I bought a condo and my disposable income went into opposite direction, let alone the fact that I could not even put a tank of that size in my upstairs condo.

The frame ended up sitting on the patio for a while and got some rust on it (nothing major that sandblasting can't handle) then it migrated into my garage, where it sits around and takes space.

I would like someone to come with a truck, get that thing out of my garage and maybe give it a better home, sandblast it, powder coat it, put a nice custom tank on top of it and fill it with money haha

If there are no takers, I will just take it to the dump

      Here is the build thread:

      As it sits right now:

This thing is bulletproof, will easily handle 1,500lb or even more and all welds are pretty clean. I would hate to just dump this thing for scrap metal, especially after a dropped $250 on materials and a handle of Cuervo to thank my girl's dad for welding it for me.
