      I was texting Derrek the whole time about the issue. It was my decision to take it home, stupid one i guess. Just posting my experience which occurred months ago. I've heard a bunch of good things though since Brett has been there.

      Finally got a chance to make it to Reef Dreams to pickup my fish and corals. Awesome frags (multi branch) and lots of selections to choose from, thanks!

      ... I've purchased from Derek too. Posted my issue(s) and the entire thread was eventually deleted. What happened to that?!

      I too emailed/texted and kept Derek in the loop on my issue. Sometime 2 and 3 times a day. With him even saying he'd honor any issue I had with that high-end purchase. Only to have him change his mind (over the weekend), and tell me basically to pound sand.

      I'd still not go back. Whether or not I got a credit this late in the game. The damage is done.

      Also, per the feedback guidelines, negative feedback toward vendors is only allowed after attempts have been made to privately resolve the matter and this is noted in the original post.
