Outlet in PC4 Wont Turn Off and stays on On Position

I picked up a PC4 from somone on the forum, but for some reason the 2 outlet in the PC4 wont turn off. I tried everything in found in the net, turning it off, resetting the whole unit, putting a higher wattage item like a 250W heater, pump, etc. I even tried putting a surge protector inbetwen the 2nd outlet and the heater and still i cant get the outlet to reset. Any one have any other suggestions and or can help fix?

      thanks

Dave Morris is the real expert on here when it comes to DA stuff, I do Know that outlets 2 and 3 need items with a higher current draw to work correctly where as outlets 1 and 4 are relay controlled and will work with anything, but since you tried using other items on that outlet I'm not sure what it might be.

If the blue LED for that channel is off, but the channel is still supplying power I would guess that the triad for that channel has been severely overloaded at some point and melted closed. Either way you would need to email DA support at support@digitalaquatics.com to get it fixed. It would probably need to be shipped to them. They sell remanufactured PC4's on their website for $60.
