      Reload Windows 7

Can anyone out there reload Windows 7 on my HP laptop? Computer just hasn't been acting right. My wife downloaded some stupid coupon programs on my computer and I got some adware. Ever since I ran a program to find and delete it, the computer has networking issues and crashes often. Please PM me if you can help!

Run malwarebytes and spybot usually those 2 will clean whatever you got

Sent you a PM. Definitely try MBAM first. Also check Programs and Features. Sometimes you can remove those 'pseudo-legit' programs that way too.

Malwarebytes is what I ran to delete them. After I ran it and deleted the files, I couldn't access the Internet. I had to restore all the files it deleted then go back and delete them one by one till i found out which one was causing the Internet to not work.

Figured I'd bump this up. I was going to have it reloaded but then we had the fires and it kinda fell to the side. I still need to have windows 7 64bit reloaded on my computer. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

I can help you to reload if you drop it off. I am in Mira Mesa close to the 805.

I had an issue bought Kaspersky it stopped my crashing and random freezing detected and removed all the issues. Ate you ruining any security software?
