Need a Profesional/Expert to help

Hey guys,

So I just can't seen to get my tank right (180 mix reef). Some stuff does okay but others are not. Good growth on certain things like palys and softies but having some issues with se of the LPS and most of the SPS...I know petty standard but I want to do better.

I know many of you will ask my parameters and want to help and I appreciate it...but what I really want is recommendation for a really good professional/expert who does this for a living...who I can hire to come troubleshoot with me...and maybe help periodically moving forward. I have been troubleshooting for quite a while and need a new perspective.
