Calling all bio pellet users for advice

I would just use the salt mix and keep an eye on things. If the all creeps up over time with water changes, as it should, then the move will be slow enough to no shock anything. As noted above, you may find with added growth that your SPS pulls the level down anyway.

Would you recommend that I stop dosing while I convert over to the new salt?

I would unless you specifically need to do it. Sounds like if anything you would want your levels to go down.

Ok I'm going to stop dosing; I will also continue to check my perimeters daily, and I already reduced the flow to the biopellets. What would you recommend me doing as far as water changes go, while switching to a salt mix? I was thinking 5 gallons every other day instead of doing a big initial water change
