Is the skin pigment gone or are they elevated spots

I assume hlle and he said It resembles that so the carbon can be first to go followed by a few other things to remedy it. But I texted him t post a better pic incase its something similar but different.

the pigment is gone like i said its clear...
If its hlle, Feed some gracilaria its a great macro for tangs, they'll mow it down. It has been know to help clear hlle

where do i get that from and how much does it cost?
you can order online, or you can get it from some locals guys. I've seen it pop up every so often. Are you sure its HLLE? get a picture up
