Need Apex Reset

I need a hard reset to my Apex jr and I don't have the display. So I just want to connect your display to my apex to do it. Preferably someone around Escondido, RB, or San Marcos.

I was trying to use my DNS from my webcam and I don't think it liked it and now I can't access it. Funny thing is that I can access from the app.

Anybody able to help me out? I'm in Mission Valley during the day and will drive anywhere just to connect your display to reset my apex. Let me know, thanks.

You might be able to do this by connecting it to your computer/laptop.

I've tried everything. I know the IP address and port. Ive used //apex. I can connect via the iPhone app though. Weird. I think it needed a firmware update.

Neptune just got back to me with a firmware reset solution. Wow, that was fast.
