SDMAS January Meeting! Pet Kingdom!

We would like to invite everybody to come in, we're looking forward to meeting our local reef keeping community. Refresments will be provided. We're gonna be stocked up with plenty of new fish and corals. We'll be running the 20% off sw fish and corals for the enitre day, as well as 10% off dry goods, and 20% off New Era foods. So even if you can't make it down to see the speaker you can swing by early and take advantage of our sale.

I'm bummed that I missed the meeting. I got stuck working for the NCAA at the Convention Center. Oh well, gotta pay the bills.

Thanks to SDMAS putting together the meeting, PK for hosting, and the NEW ERA Rep for an informative presentation and some kick arse food. Had a great time catching up with everyone, hopefully the next meeting isn't all the way up North County.

Had a good time except for when I tried to introduce myself to everyone. Thanks for the invite but next time I'll be staying home. I'm not trying to be negative, but it wasn't a very warm welcome. Everyone I introduced myself to just pretty much shoved me away and ignore me. Well glad everyone else had a blast.

That's a shame I don't think I met you when I was there....... maybe next time it is usually a great bunch of guys and gals, there were some new faces yesterday.......that was my first time to pet kingdom....nice store...I didn't realize Manny works there I might have to stop in more often......

I think I am one of the ones that made you feel shoved away. I felt bad for cutting you off when you tried to get into the conversation that three of us was having and I apologized. I didn't really get a chance to try and talk to you again or at least didn't go out of my way to try, my mistake. Don't judge this one meeting as a normal thing, a lot of us know each other well from visiting each others houses. This is a community of mostly very friendly and helpful people. I really felt bad afterwards and was thinking today that you must think that we are a bunch of jerks. Give the group another try and hopefully you will not be disappointed.
