full spectrum lights for a 29 gallon tank

my cheap leds just **** out on me so i figured its worth a shot to see if anyones selling some good lights for cheap on here. i also need a HOB skimmer for the same 29 gallon

Are those full spectrum, sorry I new to the hobby

Short answer yes can be adjusted by doing different bulbs so you can balance out or go heavy toward white to increase growth or heavy toward blue to increase color or any were in between
