Help!

Hey guys I'm new into reef aquarium my tank has been setup for almost a month now and I just seen this worm looking thing and was wondering if it is safe or if I should remove it I don't know what it is and was wondering if the experts in this hobby can help here are a couple of pictures

just start wearing gloves when you move rocks around. those bristles will sting you and can be difficult to get out of your skin. there is a lovely picture of my hand on wet web media. i grabbed a 1 foot long worm by accident.

Good part of cleaning crew, but I've had an infestation of these before. Had to get an Arrow Crab to help control population. They were so bold they would take silversides out of my nems before they closed up to eat. That's when I had to buy a melanarus wrasse, this did the trick for sure. Now I see them every now and then.

These are very beneficial to your aquarium. They are good Scavengers. But with proper population control. Like the post above. If let to grow in large numbers they will start ambushing fish while they sleep and take food from corals.

Small are good, beneficial, but larger can be a problem, and I always think of that pic of Jon's finger when I see a big one or move a rock and notice my hand was close to one.
I personally don't like looking at or having large ones, so I got a cheap trap from Marine depot, works great, less than $5.
I just pulled out 6 that were close to 2 feet long!
Those will put a boo boo on fish or fingers.
