so i bought a new apex and hooked it up and everything. the thing is i can only access it when in my home network but not outside of it. so i did my research and found out that i had to create some port fowardings for the apex. i did that but when i go to reeftronics i get the error that the port is closed! can some one help me?? what am i doing wrong? am i setting up the ports wrong? feel free to text me or call me at 6195one8833one. thanks... this thing is stressing me out!!!

hey jeff, russ was able to help me thank you very much! i was finally able to connect w reeftronics. my only question is that now i connected with reeftronics can i use my apex by the iphone app or only trough the browser?

so i just tested this and when i go in the app it doesn't work sating "request time out" and the web browser way doesn't open either

I got the same issue. Its already on my phone, but when I turn off the wifi on my phone it will give me a connection timeout. I'm still doing my research. Any advice will be appreciated. TIA.
