Foxface have tiny spots all over side? need help

I looked in my tank today, and notice a bunch of tiny spots on the side of my foxface.. little brown dots.. I looked at my other fish, looks like they COULD have it too, but I can't be positive.. can anyone help? they look like this.. My tank does get a lot of bubbles from HOB filter.. not sure if that could be the reason. Otherwise, I have no idea.. Please help! thanks

Check your water maybe the temp is stressing them out? Just a thought.

I'm at 79f. My salinity was high at. 030 but all other parameters seem good (pH, ammonia, etc..) I think it might be black ich.. I just picked up some quick cure in hopes that it will clear it up..
