inTank collection cup question

Hey guys,

I have a 29g Nano cube. I just upgraded the skimmer with a Tunze 9002 from the stock one. My question is, does the inTank collection cup allow the cup to sit flush on top of the skimmer base? Just wanted to make sure I found out prior to ordering one. I'm going to assume if it does sit flush that it will skim better and allow me to snap my hood on correctly.

It does sit flush. I use it with my Red Sea Max 130, and it allows my hood to close. The original Tunze collection cup did not allow the hood to close. If you are placing an order with InTank, you should also consider buying a media rack. I have been really happy with mine.
