      2 corals stopped opening

2 of my corals aren't opening up. They haven't for about a week now. (Fruit loops and magicians). Ive had them for about a month to month and a half. Fruit loops had 2 polyps now has 4 and my magicians went from 8 to now 12. I'm not too sure what it could be. Tank has 15 corals, an rbta and no fish. Just tested my water. Any feedback would be appreciated.

      Calcium 460
      pH 8.0
      Nitrate 40 (high!)
      Nitrite 0
      Ammonia 0
      Salinity 1.024
      Temp 78.7*

I don't have a magnesium or strontium test kit. If it matters I will go get one. I did a water change 2 weeks ago. So its about time for another one. The rbta hasn't moved and hasn't been close to these 2 corals so I know not stung

Now that I'm fishless cuz if ich, I do have a lot of pods that roam the tank. They do crawl around on these corals. But they do on all of them and the other ones don't close

      2 corals stopped opening

I'd grab an Alk test as well. Water change since this started?

      2 corals stopped opening

Would pods eat the polyps? They're the only coral suffering. Because I have no fish, my pod population has began to get out of control. They're literally everywhere u look. I now have 4 different polyp colonies not opening

Pods will irritate the zoas to the point of them not opening. I had this issue in a 29g that I had set up. Look on coralpedia.com and the have all kind of ZOA predators and irritants.

Also your alk and mag is low. Alk should be at 2.86 meg/l or 8dkh and mag should be between 1300 and 1400 ppm.
