Has anyone ever set one of these up? I'm thinking of bringing it to work... Maybe adding small pretty but not too high maintenance corals.. Maybe keep it just a reef no fish... Not sure. Any suggestions?

They are pretty neat. You can keep zoas and softies with that compact bulb maybe some LPS.. The only problem is evaporation. Maybe make a top for it. You'll need to top off daily with a small tank like that. I've seen some pretty cool 3G picotopes.
Mine did very well and aren't hard to keep. If you put a lid over it, you'll prob only top off once or twice a week.

thanks guys!!! i've got some LED's for it, i won't be using the stock light. but i gotta remember to make a lid for it!! appreciate it!
Don't forget to make a tank thread!!
Great looking nano. I've always been a fan of painting the backs black.
looks nice. I would think about a filter upgrade in the future. possibly an Aquaclear 30 or 50. it will give you more water volume, more flow, you can make a HOB refugium or hide your heater in there, etc.
painting the back is personal preference. i've always painted mine black but i actually left my current tank clear on all four sides and i like the look too.
I actually just went and got another filter right now! Gotta love 24hr Wally worlds!! But unfortunately I went for a filter and came out with a cart full of crap... I hate wal-mart! Ha it's a love hate relationship!
But I think I will paint the back black since it will be in the corner at work so it can hide the wires and stuff
