How did you lose the fish and corals illness or equipment malfunction ?

Thanks. I had to move my tank to another house and on the move my sump started leaking. I fix it right away but the Silicon that I use it took 24 hours to dry so I couldn't set up my tank, i had all my corals and fish in a 240g container my porcupine puffer die and contaminated the water right away.
