      Fishing pole recommendation from west marine

      Got a $200 gift card to west marine. Need advice on what fishing rod and reel to buy. Looking to do mostly off the pier maybe on the beach and on half day boat trips for big fish hopefully.

      This one is good. I have two similar Penns that I love and use for what you are wanting to do. Gonna be hard to pass up on that iron man tho. Haha
