Actually appears to be an Epitoke worm in an earlier stage...reef safe scavenger if it is Epitoke. If it's agitating your zoas probably best to get rid of it...they reproduce easily in aquariums so...

Appears to be some type of cucumber is there a "crown" that pops out of the top...that usually indicates that it is a filter feeder...sorry I don't have a more definative answer but hopefully that...
