i live on the coast so water never gets above 85 and gets cold at night but i have bigger sized heater so it goes down to 75 at coldest night...i use a screen SUN cover for the ones out in the open...

nothing goes to waste in this tank,,
its just one of my 7 tanks, this tank is outside and
i let anything grow in it ...including the weed anemones :)...

i have hair algae and bought some turbos....yes they ate the hair algae but not fast enough so the sea hare is the best for it.....my tank is living proof that turbos do eat hair algae but not fast...

i run carbon wrapped with a filter sock 24/7 inside the outflow chamber of a bakpak skimmer and clean it once a week....
its amazing how much waste it collects when i rinse it off the sink water...

cut one of the branches off and stick it in a rock hole somewhere else far away from the parent...
and check salt. and temp levels ,,do a partial water change before its too late
