I mean yes it can be done. Some people have entire tanks dedicated to cold water species. You would just need a good chiller that was able to keep it at the proper temperature.

As far as I know you would have to have a special permit to be able to do that

Alright so $120 for all the livestock that isnt attached to rock and then since the rock has some aptasia and monjanos it is pif, so you can get free sps if you want to deal with them

This is what is left, i can try to get the sps frags off the rocks and mount them to make it easier for everyone, let me know if that would work out more
