Kermie passed away this morning, at 18 months. He laid in my hand while he took his last breaths. RIP Kermie, you were amazing and it was such an incredibly interesting and fun 18 months.

He was born 4/12/13, so he's a little over 15 months. If I had to make an educated guess, I would give him another 3-4 months based on his behavior. He's still hunting and eating, but starting to...

Nope. I think they're assuming it's bacterial at this point. I'll ask my scripps girl when I see her tonight if there's an update
I use scripps and have about 10 starfish in my tank (cold water). No issues on my end. The starfish die off in San Diego started approx. 4 months ago.
