I love my true perculas. Had them for five years. I also like the the chocolate perculas. Maroons and Tomatos too aggressive for my tastes.

They are probably dead. The conchs feed on diatoms and detritus that accumulate on the sandy bottom which is likely depleted with the gobies and other critters

Ich is endemic everywhere. Healthy fish will not get it. I think most tanks get it due to being packed with too many fish, not feeding quality foods, and/or temp swings or high temps.
