I use scripps water and am also considering a UV. I have been looking into the 25 watt Auqa UV from AW as it has a wiper and seems easy to clean thus prolonging the life of the bulb.... Any thoughts?

I heard that those tanks at scripps actually drain the ocean and replace the water with instant ocean salt mix so the fish in the pacific are safe.

Really bummed about scripps. I really hope somebody didn't do something stupid to ruin it all for us. Did visit birch today with my family to support the hobby. Pray the don't keep it closed.....

Closed again! They said someone rinsed something down the drain they shouldn't have! No hoses and it's taped off!

There info is totally false. Makes me mad that they are willing to lie to get you to buy there salt instead of just saying in there opinion salt mix is better. I personally love scripps.
