Will do :)
Not sure at all :) I've got a hard time telling between a.monticulosa, a.saemonesis(sp?), and a.humilus :) I like em all though :)
If you've still got frags left after Saturday of this week, I'd...
Very old post. I had to delete the attachments. I was at my limit.
I have a Tunze 9010 that I use on a 36g tank. It performs amazingly! They are pricey, but worth every penny IME.
Nice finds SDGuy! I'm gonna have to pop back down there more frequently. I've liked what I've seen there lately.
It's definitely a maroon. I've had one for quite some time. Is there a tinge of gold in the bands? Hard to tell from the pics. I picked up a maroon from them last January, and it is doing very...
Looks like it may be A.Monticulosa. Gorgeous piece by the way :)
The standpipe is a modified version of the stockman standpipe. The modification is a 4" pvc cap, inverted to act as a surface skimmer. I don't recall the address for the stockman site, but google...
looks like it's coloring up to me.
I was there right after opening. I don't know how long the bottle brush had been there, but it wasn't there the last time that I visited. I got it cause I liked the coloration and look.
It is...
$59.00. It stands about 2.5" tall, and is about 4" around.
Looking great so far :) Pics will come out pretty decently with a tripod. That clam looks gorgeous :)
I was there when the stuff came in. I was eyeballin that grape, but it's too large for my tank. I did snag a nice bottlebrush though :)
Wait....You mean to tell me when I get out of the Military, I'll make the big bucks too???? I do the same type of work as you Danny. YES!!!!! There is hope in my future for a 500+gallon reef :) :)...
And more....
More Pics:
Hey all, I've finally gotten around to upgrading my tank from the 29T to a 40 Breeder.
The tank is lit by 2x150W HQI 20K bulbs, with 2x96W attinic supplementation. Filtration is achieved through...
I live in base housing. My TDS is around 300-380 from the tap. 2-5PPM after RO/DI. I have a 5 stage RO/DI machine, which I've owned for about 6 months, and have not changed the filters at all.
Gorgeous frag PK! Thanks a bunch! This was a great deal. Oversized frag from what I was expecting. :)
I think the 250w 14K is gonna provide nice color, and pretty good par on that tank :) Not quite blue, but not quite white either. Should look awesome :)
I think for a 29g, a 250 14K will provide great lighting. How deep is the tank? is it a 29 Tall?
Definitely open top. 2 reasons. Better gas exchange (the cover will trap gasses to some degree). Also for PAR. A glass or plexi cover will cut down the available PAR.
I don't know how deep...
I scored 90%. Missed the last question, and the question about what two things the coral needed. I high light and strong current. Correct answer was high light, and calcium.
I want this one :)
These are some gorgeous frags and large for the price. Thanks George! They look awesome!
