most of the time, transmission code will not cuz bad emission reading. but if the light is on (check engine light) it will fail.

your high Co is caused by fuel that not burnt all the way thru.
it didnt pass the 25mph by much either... and your Hc @ 15mph is kinda high too.
HC is raw fuel that hasn't been burn...

MH is 10000k corolife 175W w/ ballast.
